  • We never store your full card number on our servers
  • Stripe handles all PCI DSS compliance requirements

6.3 Seat Management

  • Your subscription quantity automatically adjusts when you add or remove team members
  • When you add members, your next invoice will reflect the prorated charge
  • When you remove members, the seat count decreases at the next billing cycle

6.4 Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
  • Upon cancellation, your organisation reverts to the free tier limits

6.5 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we increase prices:

  • We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email
  • Price changes apply to new subscriptions immediately

When you connect GitHub:

  • Rate limits apply to prevent abuse
