A 15-minute standup format that surfaces blockers without devolving into status reports. Each person answers three questions; the meeting ends on time.

## Format

Each person answers, in order, three questions. **No replies, no debate, no problem-solving.** Side conversations after.

1. What did I finish since the last standup?
2. What will I work on next?
3. What is blocking me, or is likely to block me?
